    Never again!!

    The hotel is the pits!! Room was stinking! Curtains hanging off! Bathroom constantly stinks!! Beds were lumpy and hard as were the pillows!!Staff are very unfriendly!! Showers leaked and THEY had the nerve to take £100 deposit that you wait days to get back!! Horrible experience. For my grand daughter and I !!

    I don’t recommend this hotel to no one, the receptionist doesn’t know at she is doing there, we had to pay a deposit of 100€ (and we were ok with that), but on the paper said we could pay the deposit with credit card, debit card or cash. But then out of nowhere we could only pay it with cash, and for our surprise, there was a paper on the wall saying “we don’t accept any cash payments in the hotel”.Room full of mold, dust everywhere, the pipe from the toilet was leaking water, what was leaving an horrible smell, stains on the bed sheets…The night was 26€, we were not expecting luxury, but there are bare minimum…

    We had a lovely stay at the Quentin England hotel, it was clean, warm,well presented and in a fab location. The staff were friendly and very helpful and we would definitely return here. Many thanks for your part in my 50th birthday celebrations, much appreciated.

    Terrible.very small and tights stairs.a microscopic bathroom and a small badroom too.we booked bed and breakfast and they want to paid the breakfast again.16 €/person.We prepayed everything and in the end they want from us 200 € more and CASH like guaranty?? .if you go there you had to take extra cash to prepay the guaranty if u want to stay( no one interest if you had paid the room time ago )

    Big health hazard!! Cannot recommend this hotel. We were meant to stay 3 nights and didn’t even stay 15 minutes. The room had a tangy and unpleasant smell, mold in the bathroom and on the ceiling, as well as dark brown water stains on the walls and ceiling. Upon talking to reception, we were informed that this issue is not unknown, but actually quite a common complaint for this venue. The room was, in the state we found it in, uninhabitable.Luckily the staff at reception was very accommodating and understanding.We checked out immediately and will never return. I highly recommend not staying at the Quentin England Hotel Amsterdam or any other property belonging to the chain.
