    Overcharged and no one to help

    Hotel overcharged me for almost 400 euros and even though they acknowledge their mistake amount are still on hood on my card. They haven’t yet released the initial hold amount for security reasons! Before i checked out they have confirmed that they did but to the date no reversal has been sent to my bank! keep calling them but reception hangs up and reservations team is not responding my mails. Management is no where to be found and assist the situation! Keep in mind that hotel is very far from the city centre and almost 15 minutes walk from the closest public transportation station. Rooms are cleaned only in demand as it seems since no one cleaned for 4 nights that i have stayed. From day one the hand soap was empty and no one bothered to refill it even after 2 calls to the reception. Had to visit the cleaning team’s room near the elevator in the morning and ask the staff my self to get it! During breakfast i have asked for an omelette and to my surprise the chef was cooking it without wearing any gloves! Will not visit again for sure!

    Cannot say enough about how welcoming & friendly the staff are. As a solo traveller this makes all the difference to a visit. The hotel is beautifully presented and they've thought of everything to make your visit a pleasant one. The area is peaceful and the you feel safe and welcome. You can’t ask for anything else.

    Customer service needs help

    Overall the hotel was fine; clean and well kept. No issues with the actual stay. My problem comes when I needed to resolve a double charge on my room. I paid in advance and when I went to do self check in it did an additional charge. I went to the front desk and they stated we have issues with that all the time. (Not a good sign). When leaving from our stay they said I had to email the finance department to get this fixed. I did and they did send an initial email stating it would take time but would be handled. It’s been a month later and now no one responds to my email. I tried corporate…..they stated I already paid so they didn’t really look into it. Very frustrated…….all I want is some information.

    We would give this hotel one star except for the staff. The extremely understaffed personnel were very kind and helpful. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon after two days of travel. The website said there was a restaurant open every day for lunch and dinner. The owners decided to shut for lunch altogether and Sunday for dinner it was also closed. Our room was not ready at guaranteed check-in time because there wasn't enough staff. We witnessed this almost every evening of our nine night stay. The lobby was full of people waiting for their rooms. There was a crack in the bathtub in our suite from the faucet right down the side to the drain. Very unsanitary so needless to say we didn't use it. The restaurant was open Monday night, we went and everybody including us had to wait between one and three quarter hours to three hours for their food. There was only one person in the kitchen. Families staying in the hotel were turned away long before closing time. The owners are not interested in making the customers happy.

    4 nights, no room cleaning. That says It all, Especially if you are on a business trip. Good quality breakfast but with very limited choice of alternatives. On the other side, confortable beds and big rooms.
