    It's the best hotel at the airport because you don't have to wait for the shuttle; it's just a short walk. The rooms are spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The daily rate is quite high, but it's worth it for the convenience.

    Clean and comfy room. We stayed here on our way to Split and again returning from Croatia.Food available in both restaurants were mediocre and the menu was limited. ( We are going to the Hilton tonight for a meal!)The breakfast last stay was underwhelming and for the price, disappointing. If I can blag a nice cup of tea we may well wait until the KLM lounge for complimentary food, can't be any worse, and cheaper.     Everything was almost perfect, except the experience I had when checking-in with Merel. We had booked the Deluxe room with twin beds. I politely requested for a deluxe room with a single big bed, if available, since our baby sleeps with us. If there weren’t any available, it wasn’t a big deal. But how she relays information to me, it seems like she lies a lot, or sounds very sure despite not knowing the facts. 1. She implies that my booking class for the deluxe twin bed is lower than a deluxe room with one big bed. This irked me because I know the price for both rooms is the same, and they are both deluxe rooms. She goes on to explain to me what twin bed means. I expressed disagreement, she went to the back room, seemingly to confirm.2. She came back, didn’t admit to anything, and proceeds to tell me that unfortunately, there wasn’t any single beds available. She went to the back room again.3. Then she told me that she had “upgraded” me to a room with a single bed. I was tired and wasn’t in the mood for any BS. If she had told me she didn’t want to help me, it would’ve been better than to go about this whole spiel of how the room I booked is the lowest of the lows, and how she had to UPGRADE me to the room I politely requested for. (despite being exactly the same room type). I totally wouldn’t mind if she told me she wasn’t sure, or she had to check, but the fact that she constantly makes things up as she goes, and rolls with it, and doesn’t admit to anything, gets to me. That aside, the hotel was modern, clean and spacious. The staff (almost all) were great, shout out to Baassam and Abigail for taking care of us during breakfast, and also the staff at the bar when we dined it the night before. Food was really good.
