    Overall nice but the beds were really really old and you can hear every spring squeak when getting on or off. Carpet in the halls looked like it hadn’t been shampooed in a long time. Shower had poor water pressure. No towel warmer despite copper pipes being in the bathroom and made to look like warmers. Rooms felt very dusty, there were cobwebs on the ceiling - a filter would be very helpful. Lobby was always packed with people working remotely - made it seem like more of a dorm than a luxury hotel. 3.5 stars. Definitely overpriced for Amsterdam.

    The Hoxton is a great choice if you want to stay near the Jordaan in an old Amsterdam style hotel. Its canal-side location is close to everything. You are jn the middle of great shopping, near historical locations, and have an easy access to all the canal rings. The rooms are nice. We had both standard and the larger rooms. The larger rooms are much lager than the standards. My room had a can view, beautiful engraved ceilings, a fireplace and very comfortable bed. The lobby is like a non-stop party with a bar and restaurant that is always hopping.

    The atmosphere was welcoming and the vibe was excellent. Leslie at the front desk provided outstanding service and made the experience even better. I’m excited to return.

    The staff were very kind and helpful from the moment we booked through checking out. Anna in the restaurant was lovely, she greeted us warmly every morning and was very professional. The location was fantastic. The rooms were very comfortable. The food was very good. We loved the feel of the hotel and it was very clean.     Incredible service & hospitality, and centrally located. You cannot do much better if planning a trip to Amsterdam! The room was spacious and the breakfast was incredible. Also, if you're into fitness, the gym access they provide is incredible and only one block over.
