    Such a pleasant stay!Apartment style accommodation which is a very good size, with kitchen, living area and huge bathroom with bathtub.The linen on the bed was soft and cozy & such a comfortable bed. The apartment was absolutely charming!In fact it was so lovely we opted to stay in.Yes the location is out of town, but the price is very reasonable & it's a short bus ride, or cycle. We were also able to reach the Hotel via train from the airport easily. It would 100% stay here again and was beyond happy with this gorgeous Hotel.     The location is super convenient with a supermarket, playground, restaurants and cafes all within less than a 5 minute walk. This place definitely surpassed all our expectations. I couldn’t imagine that an apartment hotel could be run so efficiently but this place takes the cake. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is relaxing and stress free. Not once did my family and I have a bad interaction or felt that the place could do better. We would 100% stay here again in the future.     Good Stay with Friendly Staff

    I stayed at The July - Twenty Eight for two weeks on a business trip and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, making my stay comfortable. The room was decent and well-maintained, perfect for a business traveller.The only downside is the lack of an on-site restaurant, which would have been convenient, especially for longer stays. However, the overall experience was positive, and I would be glad to be back again.

    For €300 per night I do not think this hotel is worth the money.Why?1. The smell in the room of chip fat was not nice, even after 4 hours of window open it did not change. It leaves your clothes and belongings smelling the same.2. It is situated on a very busy main road cars and mopeds the whole night. People walking past the window after quite some beers! It was enough to keep waking me up. Double glazing doesn’t really help.3. The basement where the gym is located stunk of faeces. The smell was so bad I could almost taste it. They clearly have a huge drains issue.4. Breakfast basic at best. Nothing warm to eat.5. The look of the hotel is dark, I had to use my phone light at breakfast to see the coffee machine!6.40 mattresses littering the corridor we could hardly exit the room with suitcases, it made it feel a bit like a hostel.7. The temperature control is confusing, it was too cold to start and then went to 25 over night! I would prefer to simply see a target temperature. For similar prices in Amsterdam you can get better, with much better locations and facilities.I really felt ripped off for what I got -not value for money. For the reasons stated above I would not stay here again.
