    Stunning Rooftop Experience in the Heart of Amsterdam

    We visited the W Amsterdam and were blown away by the beautiful interior design, especially the rooftop area. The infinity pool is absolutely stunning and offers fantastic views across the city.The complimentary drinks and nuts were a lovely touch, and the hot drinks were beautifully presented. Even the attention to detail in the restrooms impressed us – the luxurious soap and hand cream felt very high-end.The location is perfect, right in the heart of Amsterdam, making it an ideal place to relax while exploring the city.A stylish and memorable experience that we would definitely recommend when visiting Amsterdam! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    Difficult Check In process and poorly trained staff

    Our Check in experience was horrendous. The initial person we dealt with was very poorly trained and gave us misinformation. The hotel is undergoing renovations and is a bit of mess. The management staff is attentive and our issues were resolved but it took quite some time for a resolution to occur. The "lounge" on the top floor is not worth the effort. The staff is officious and getting a drink takes quite some time. However, the view is quite nice. The hotel breakfast is terrific, and the morning staff couldn't be more attentive and pleasant.     Bad experience, highly not recommended

    Awful hotel. Rooms are designed super weird, zero thought put into anything. Service is bad from front desk, management, and housekeeping. Front desk offers to email invoice instead of print, and then never emails it, and they don’t upload it to view in the Bonvoy app. They don’t award Bonvoy points properly and then block your email address when you inquire about missing points. Only positive is the room service and breakfast people are great. But I don’t recommend this hotel. Much better options for much lower prices nearby.
