    I stayed at this hotel for two nights for work and really enjoyed it. The rooms are clean, big and fit for purpose. The staff are friendly too. Taking one star away as a I found a couple of hairs on my duvet but this was minor!

    Really nice hotel, quiet and breakfast was lovely. Can’t hear any outside noise or other rooms. Shower was nice & beds were comfy. Rooms were spacious. The staff went above and beyond for us whilst we were there and were very friendly. The rooms were cleaned well and the tramlines being outside the room were very convenient.

    Absolute amazing hotel.Quiet, but quick into central with the Tram stop right outside.All staff were lovely, and very helpful.Room was a lovely size and really clean.Breakfast was perfect and set us up for the day.Even got a card left in our room for our birthdays.Would 100% book this hotel again.

    It was perfect. Quiet, warm. Staff were welcoming, didnt set off my anxiety at all. Delicious breakfast. Lovely rooms, lobby and bedrooms. Stunning bathrooms, heated floor was to die for. Already planning on returning this november! Ty staff

    If I ever came back to Amsterdam, I would definitely stay in this hotel again. It was a little way out of the centre, but such an easy ride in using the tram.Friendly efficient Receptionists, soon had us checked into room 907 on the 9th floor. During our stay, I did not hear any other guests when in the room, it was very quiet. Large very comfortable bed. It was very cold in Amsterdam that week (-9C) and the first night I was so cold, the next morning, I asked for extra blankets and was given another duvet, so I slept really well. The bathroom was nice with a good shower and nice toiletries and everything was nice and clean.It was such good value about £50 per night.The public rooms were warm and welcoming, lovely decor.We had breakfast in the lovely dining room and I must give a shout out to the lovely restaurant manager. There was a good choice of food for breakfast, both hot and cold, buffet style and good juice and coffee, the cost was no more than you would pay in a UK hotel.A really nice stay.
