  A very nice, inexpensive hotel with excellent service. Great location within walking distance of several good restaurants and bars.

  I stay in this hotel in a regular basis. Upon check in I was told the hotel was fully booked, and that my upper floor was not available. Instead, I was put in a room on the ground floor of the hotel. I would relieve extra points for compensation. While I was only in the hotel for a short amount of time (late check in, early checkout), my room had illogical charging points. The plug was directly located avoid the bed. As I was staying solo, this was not a problem. But if you stay in this room with two people that might be an issue.The compensation points were not credited after my stay, I had to follow up with the Diamond Elite dedicated customer support. Which solved the matter swiftly, with the hotel also following up very swiftly to resolve the matter.

  We arrived slightly earlier than 3pm but luckily got into the room.The room was very spacious but no fridge in it.The shower was very good and powerful.you had to book a time slot for breakfast first day we booked for 8am which was reasonable quite and 9am the next day which was slightly busier a good selection of food stuff.The hotel is a short walk from the Arnhem bridge.There is a supermarket right across from the hotel very handy..

  Stayed for 2 nights, onsite parking can be difficult to locate but there were plenty of spaces. Hotel was clean but has no atmosphere, “free” breakfast was hit and miss. Good point is that the hotel is located a short walk into the town centre so there is plenty of choice for dining options. A supermarket can be found opposite the hotel entrance. I will stay again if back in the area.   Good stay, but with some points of feedback

  Another good stay, however with a couple points of feedback. As I was arriving from an international business trip, I emailed ahead to the hotel that I would be late due to a flight delay. This email was never replied, while the hotel usually is very responsive via email. Once there, the person checking me in was either new or very inexperienced. No mention of my status, or amenities. Just the key and a bit of an awkward encounter, since I arrived well passed midnight. When I arrived to my room, my door was open. Which was a bit eerie as this was done deliberately (there was a slider below the door keeping it open). In my review on the IHG website I later got offered my points a couple of days later.
