The location. We don't drive and it's just across from the train station.

No complaints what so ever. Reasonably priced and the breakfast which we had in our room was wonderful.

Terrible in so many ways, I had asked for a corporate rate for regular travel and have not received any response. After chasing got a 15% discount rate and was booked in a cubicle room. Booking offered better room for same price. Not sure if management knows but someone who was planning to stay regularly for a long period is a customer lost!

Great stay

Well located hotel,was staying as we were attending a concert nearby. When we arrived we were greeted by a lovely staff member called Esme who was extremely helpful and advised us on what buses to take to and from the concert. Our room was excellent we opted for the room with the sauna which is a great amenity.All staff members we met were extremely nice and helpful and we would definitely stay here again.

Our check-in experience went fine, we had a friendly girl working at the reception who was correct and did her job well. I made a booking with my credit card details so I informed her she could charge me everything at the moment of check-in.The morning of check-out the lady at the reception was not so friendly, was in a bad mood, didn’t believe me that everything was paid and informed me no credit card details were saved. She asked me to proceed with another payment with my card.After checking my bank account I saw there was a double charge.
