Very nice place with restaurant open untill 22:00

Clean, cosy and warm hotel in Breda. Persons at the reception are very nice and professional. Moreover last but not least, the hotel has a nice inside restaurant that serves dinner untill 22:00. And this is a deluxe solition!!! I recommend the Smashed burger made by a brilliant chef in the kitchen names Dan!! One of the best I ever had in 54 years and I am a globeteotter for work. Beautifull evening even if alone as food and people sercing at the tables where smart and cool with a lit of discretion and respect. I will come back to be a happy cuatomer. I highly recmomend!

Excellent hotel, very comfortable and spacious room in a quiet area only a short walk from all the shops and restaurants. We were visiting Breda for a concert at The Mezz, and this hotel is literally 2 minutes' walk away, so absolutely perfect! Would happily stay here again.

Worst experience ever !

Although my company is having an agreement with that hotel, they rejected to let me in as I didn’t bring Euros and they knew that I only have US dollars. I arrived at 11:30 pm and I already make the booking before arrival - payment upon my arrival. When the lady at the reception knew that I don’t have Euros, she informed me that I won’t be able to stay in. I tried to contact my colleagues at Breda to help me and make the payment although i told her to take US dollars and I promised to change the money next morning and she still refused. She also informed me that if i leave the hotel, she will also send the invoice to my company to get a payment. Lady was very stubborn and was talking in a rude way especially after checking my passport and knew that I’m muslim and from Egypt. I started to check other solutions by offering that i can pay for one night using my friend’s card, she rejected as well. I started talking to her colleague and informed him that i will inform my company about this situation and suddenly she just showed up and loudly in a very arrogant way “YOU AFE IMPOLITE, GO THE F**K AWAY AND TALK TO WHOEVER THE F**K AT YOUR COMPANY AND TAKE YOUR F**K LUGGAGE”. I took my stuff and left the hotel till my colleague helped me in the payment as I couldn’t find any place to stay that night. The funny part, that i dropped an email to her manager “Dennis” and he told me that this shouldn’t happen and yes it’s not a nice way and i found her next day working normally in the reception. THIS HOTEL IS UNPROFESSIONAL, SUPPORTING RACISM, DISCRIMINATION.WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!

Great place for a reasonable price

I was here for a work trip in October 2023. The building was easy to find, rooms clean, and staff very friendly and helpful. I even had a little balcony to enjoy that overlooked the street below. They will comp you a free drink each night you stay IF you hang the pair of green wooden clogs (provided in the room) on the door each morning. The green clogs signal that you don't want/need housekeeping. The hotel is close to shopping, restaurants, etc, but a bit of a drive from the train station (grab a taxi for around $10 euros).Breakfast is good, but pricey. However, with the way everything is priced now, I think you'll look to pay that regardless of where you go. Overall a pleasant stay, indeed. I will look to stay here again in December for another work trip.

Booked a last minute stay for 2 nights, upon arrival as we were early I went to reception to ask for directions to the parking, the young lady did give them i repeated what she said and off I go drive around and around with no joy, go back to the hotel to ask again same young lady with attitude explains again but this time she does say it’s underground below the casino ( like I’m meant to be psychic) and not at the back of the hotel as she’d previously stated. When we were able to check in her attitude hadn’t changed and felt we were an inconvenience and she didn’t want to be there! The room allocated didn’t a bath I kindly advised I’d booked one with a bath, this again put her out!
