  Kind staff but shabby and tired accommodation

  the location for us is perfect. Every activity we did was in walking distance. We were sitting outside in the sun with our granddaughter (2 yr) who was wondering around and started 'playing' with little stones in the flower bed. Which turned out full of cat faeces. The breakfast was simple but good, however the highchair we used was broken, the feet were lose and we had to put a block of wood underneath it to keep it stable. For me personally the room was OK, The bathroom however had a light switch that I could not find in the dark. (a little string virtually in the shower). All this was ok if it was a cheap one or two day stay, however it was definitively not good value for money. We go to Vlijmen annually and will be looking for other accommodation

  Very thin walls…

  Rather rundown hotel close to ‘s Hertogenbosch. Large room, clean, with a bathroom in dire need of a renovation, based on the large amount of rust in the bathroom. Walls are so thin I could clearly hear my neighbors having a private moment in their room. A bit of a chaotic parking lot made me decide to park elsewhere.

  Great Value For Money & Close To Efteling

  We needed a hotel the night before our trip to Efeteling, so this ticked all the boxes, as it was an easy short drive to the Theme Park.Fletcher Hotels never disappoint when we visit The Netherlands. The hotel easily exceeded our expectations. It's in a leafy, residential street in a pretty little town. The church bells from across the street though might get on your nerves a bit if you're trying to settle down for the night.We arrived during a "heatwave" and the lack of air conditioning in the room made for a somewhat sticky night. Parking is plentiful, either across the street or at the side of the hotel. There is a large 'Jumbo' supermarket at the end of the street (easy 10 min walk), which was a bonus so we could stock up and not be subjected to paying 'Theme Park prices' for snacks the following day!The grounds of the hotel are well kept and the hotel itself was clean, as was our room. It was nice to sit outside with some bar drinks. The bar itself was well stocked with some excellent beers at very reasonable prices. Staff are warm, welcoming and very hard working.

  Nice location, but noisy church bells

  I have stayed at other fletcher hotels and the experience was a lot nicer than this. The food was nice, but due to Covid we had to have our meals in our room, so you would see food stains or soup split on the stairs. We had a room at the front of the building and the church bells woke us up every hour, all through the night. We asked to change rooms, they moved us to the back of the hotel so the bells were very faint, but you could hear the doors closing in the hallway. I would not recommend staying here if you want to get a good nights sleep.

  Customer doesn’t take center stage @ Fletcher prinssen

  Due to an unexpected positive COVID test on the day we would pass the night at Fletcher hotel Prinssen, me and my girlfriend were forced to cancel the reservation. Our question was to replace the booking to a date on which rooms are certainly free. The staff replied rudely and was determined not to meet us in the middle. As a result, we had to pay the cancellation costs, which were the same as the fee of the room. Terrible customer service.
