One of the worst hotel experiences ever.
29 Apr 2026
You have to park in the mall, which the hotel charges you for, and walk a long way in the cold rain with your luggage. Then the room is absolutely freezing but you don't have control of the thermostat. The shower also doesn't have any door so your back is cold the whole time and water goes everywhere. The extra bed squeaks, waking your child and you. All pillows are big and very firm, giving you agonizing neck and back pain (still a week later). Then they harass you to take down your review. This has to be one of the worst hotel experiences ever. It's a shame because the rooms themselves are nice. Julia Evers, Guest Services / Front Office at NH Collection Eindhoven Centre, responded to this review Dear Caroline B, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. Unfortunately, we have not been able to locate a reservation under your name in our system. I kindly ask you to contact me directly so we can discuss this matter personally. I will definitely come back
25 Apr 2026
The location is close to the train station, 5 minutes walk. Also a few museums are nearby. The staff, especially the one in the restaurant, very friendly and helpful. Extremely varied breakfast, everyone can find their favorite morning food. The bathroom has all the necessary hotel cosmetics. The bed is comfortable and has 3 types of pillows for any sleepyhead who has problems with the cervical spine Julia Evers, Gastenservice/Front Office at NH Collection Eindhoven Centre, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you very much for taking the time to share your wonderful review. Good hotel, attention to detail could be improved
22 Apr 2026
Good things: - Great location, in city center, close to the train station. - Breakfast location at 13th floor is amazing. Very good choices of breakfast. To be improved: The hotel overall is good, but it is not a 5 star hotel. Attention to details needs improvement. - keys were not working at first attempt; - there were things missing from the room...e.g. one of the bathrobes; - dust was not properly cleaned; - the heating system cannot be controlled from the room. You need to call the reception to increase/decrease the temperature. - early checkin is not possible, even if the room is ready, unless you pay extra. Comparing with other hotels I've been to, the room was always offered in advance if it was available. No extra charge. Julia Evers, Guest Services / Front Office at NH Collection Eindhoven Centre, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback about your stay with us.We are pleased to read that you appreciated our central location and our proximity to Eindhoven train station. It is also a great pleasure to know that you enjoyed our breakfast buffet at VANE Restaurant on the 13th floor, along with the beautiful views of the city of Eindhoven. At the same time, we sincerely regret that several aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused by the key cards not functioning properly upon arrival, the missing bathrobe in your room, and the housekeeping standards not being up to par. This is certainly not the level of attention to detail we strive to deliver, and your comments have been shared with the relevant teams for immediate follow-up.We also understand your concerns regarding the room temperature control and the early check-in policy.Your feedback on these points is highly valuable, as it helps us evaluate how we can further improve both our facilities and our service experience to better meet guest expectations.Thank you once again for highlighting both the positive aspects and the areas for improvement. We are committed to providing memorable experiences with exceptional service, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future to offer you an improved and fully satisfying stay.Kind regards,
