when Location and Quality Hotel Service collide
05 Apr 2026
I just found a hotel that had everything that I wanted in a business trips adventure. A great team of hard working folks that simply wanted me to have a professional hotel experience. From the quiet clean room, the breakfast offerings, the gym, pool, game room, bar and front desk support, ALL was just simply perfect. I also appreciated the close proximity to the town center with a plethora of eateries for this foodies adventures in the evening. The only concern I have is that if anyone else experiences all the good things I experienced in the past two weeks of staying there, there might be competition for me to come back! ;) PPHE Customer Service Centre, Owner at Park Plaza Eindhoven, responded to this review Hi Stephen! Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback! We're thrilled to hear that our team's efforts made your stay enjoyable and met all your expectations during your business trip. It's fantastic to know you appreciated our amenities and location as well; we strive to provide everything our guests need for an excellent experience. We look forward to welcoming you back soon—hopefully without too much competition! Best wishes from Talia.

Hotel was in a great location and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The powered blinds in my room did not come down all the way on one side and the parking gates worked about half the time. Thank you for your kind words about our location and friendly staff; it’s wonderful to hear that you had a good experience overall. We appreciate your feedback regarding the blinds and parking gates, as it helps us improve our services. We hope to welcome you back soon for an even better stay! Best, Talia.
