  I do not recommend this hotel — absolutely awful experience.I booked this hotel through Trip.com specifically for December 5, 2025. After paying €75, they sent me a confirmation saying my reservation was for January 5, 2026, even though I was literally at the airport at that moment and only needed a room to sleep for 5 hours before my next flight.The app clearly said I had the option to cancel and get a refund within 12 hours. So I thought, “Okay, I’ll cancel and book again for today, 05/12/2025.”Fine. I booked again and within 2 minutes I was charged an exaggerated price of €112.And guess what? After 12 hours, I still didn’t receive any confirmation that my refund was approved. Instead, they said there will be no refund. So I basically paid double for 5 hours of sleep — for absolutely no reason, because I put the correct date from the start.This hotel is not worth even €50. On the phone they answer rudely and briefly, and their email support is a joke — it feels like a ghost hotel. I sent six emails and didn’t get a response to any of them.I do NOT recommend this scam. They show you a cancellation option, and after you “wait 12 hours,” they suddenly say the refund isn’t possible. Unbelievable and extremely unprofessional.

  Hello To be honestly the only thing what was positieve of this hotel is the location. Ofcourse because it is on the airport.Definitely when you have a early flight next day.But the fotos from the room I enclosed tells enough. And it is only from the shower. For me the last time in TULIP HOTEL. next time I take an other hotel and a taxi to the airport.So dirty blèèèè.I was there Friday 19th untill saterday 20th

  Worst hotel ever.

  The room was full of dust. I got a rash in my chest and neck. At 3 am the hotel alarm goes of and for one hour se had to stay outside. Nobady from the staff come to apologize or at least explain what happened. Worst hotel ever and overpriced.

  Location is ideal, and it is quiet. A bit warm in the room. The air conditioning is just there for show I think. The sink is definitely in the wrong room. Staff though, I had a pretty rude one at check-in. When we headed up to our room, the door was ajar and there were dirty towels on the floor. We explained this to reception and they just advised us to move the towels. As if, what’s the problem? You can tell she wasn’t bothered by the way she rolled her eyes.l and was pretty abrupt. It is definitely not okay to move towels yourself. I guess Housekeeping forgot to take them out. However you should still have been moved to either another room, or the staff should have taken the towels out themselves.
