In both cases, you are asked to speak English. On the third day of our stay, only one of the two elevators was working. This is very annoying during the morning rush hour. We haven't been able to find out when the elevator was repaired.Would we go back? We would go back to Leiden, but to a different hotel: there's plenty of competition in this category. Staff are efficient and the breakfast choices are excellent however the room could be cleaner after finding previous guest(s)’ hair next to the sink and on the toilet seat. Nothing at all close by although the Corpus museum is next door and an infrequent fast bus just outside to the town centre.

Solid corporate hotel, room has everything you need. Iron, kettle, good TV channels, toiletries etc. breakfast great. Gym great, lunch was lovely and business area downstairs was good. Would recommend.

We had an outstanding experience with this hotel.The staff was exceptionally professional, empathetic, and flexible. After we were unexpectedly refused accommodation as a family at another hotel — despite having a confirmed reservation — just one phone call to this hotel made all the difference. They immediately arranged a family room for us at a very fair rate.We were so satisfied that we decided to extend our stay.It’s important to say that hotel service is not only about facilities or modern design.In this case, it’s the human approach and the willingness to go the extra mile for the guest that truly stood out.Thank you for turning a stressful situation into a truly pleasant and memorable experience.

We enjoyed two nights at this property and found the rooms to be clean, the front desk service to be excellent and responsive, and the breakfast was incredible!Any minor issues we did encounter during our stay were addressed promptly and in a very generous manner.
