Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Great location, not much in the way of atmosphere. Rooms were a bit dated with some frayed furniture. Ok value for money but the drinks were very expensive. Breakfast was good and staff were helpful. Does what it says on the tin

Staid here for a business trip to Maastricht. Very good location - close to the station with its ups and downs - and beautiful historically appointed building. The room was practical and well appointed, but the bed was too soft for my liking. The interior common areas, but also the room appeared quite dated. While towels were clean, I found them a bit worn out. Staff are kind and helpful, but there was a bit of a misunderstanding with my reservation, which could not be located at the time of check-in. It’s an old fashioned hotel but still very nice, clean and comfortable with convenient location and friendly staff. The pool area needs a face lift though. Maastricht is a very likeable city. Stayed 2 nights with my wife to visit the lovely city of Maastricht. Hotel is nice, clean, and staff is very friendly. We upgraded to a deluxe room on the top floor before we arrived, and it was comfortable. It's not overly luxurious and perhaps a tad oldfashioned, but it's just fine and in a great location. Atmosphere is pleasant. And it wasnt very expensive, ~200 per night including private parking amd breakfast.The pool is small and sad, I would not recommend. But the private parking is convenient, and there are several EV chargers which is great!We didnt try the hotel bar or restaurant because in Maastricht you ought to explore what the city has to offer: many great options.We definitely would stay here again.
