  On the 15th of May 2025 I made a reservation via the "stayforlong" website to this hotel.Just after receiving confirmation via email, I called the hotel front desk and they once again confirmed my booking.I do not know what happened afterwards but, long story short, my reservation was cancelled and nobody informed me about it. Even when I called the front desk the day of arrival, saying that I was late, nobody ever told me anything about the cancellation. I found out that there were no rooms available for me only when I arrived at the hotel later that night.The manager, available on the phone, said that they processed my cancellation the day prior to my arrival and that the booking company should have been informing me but, is it normal that nobody from the front desk warned me about it and when I called the first time they confirmed my reservation instead? Long story short, nobody was able to find a solution and I had to drive away very late at night, looking for a solution.

  Absolutely terrible service, rude, racist and unprofessional receptionist especially the blonde woman. Staying for 11 nights, I'm not here to be disrespected on my own money. Will make sure none of my colleagues will ever stay here. Rooms are not clean, average breakfast. Stay away of this hotel

  Much better than expected. It’s a bit off from everything, but 5 mins by car and you’re in the center with plenty of restaurants and bars. The rooms are nice, and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast great, free WiFi, free parking. Didn’t check the pool or outer facilities.

  Good hotel with excellent staff. Rooms and communal area are good quality and have everything you would expect, TV, kettle etc and a good swimming pool Food was good standard as and waiting staff were exceptional, if I was being fussy service was v slow but I had a a group of 20, staff were friendly, helpful and made the stay a good one - strangely the Hotel does not have a bar so you order drinks at the table isolated location if you like that sort of thing

  Horrible receptionist, no communication about policy change, mediocre breakfast

  This hotel is definitely not worthy of a 4-star rating:1. We made a reservation for one room, including our dog. We got a written confirmation that our dog was welcome. Upon arrival however, the receptionist, an older man that hardly speaks English, told us in a rude way the dog was not allowed. When we showed him the written confirmation, he simply stated that there was a policy change after our reservation and that we were called about this one day before our arrival. We politely asked to speak to the manager, who could not be found, after which another employee had to fix the situation. The receptionist hardly gave us a look, acted as if we tried to smuggle our dog in, seemed to be bothered by non-dutch speaking people showing up at this desk (how dare those foreigners come to a hotel!) and never apologized for the miscommunication about the dog policy.2. ⁠We sent an e-mail to bring the rude behavior and the shabby policy change communication to the attention of the management. They’re response was completely off-topic, not addressing messing up with the policy change, or the rude receptionist, but instead focusing on a minor detail in our e-mail.3. Something we would normally not complain about, but also not four-star worthy; this hotel also serves mediocre breakfast. Dry baked eggs, watery juice, etc…
