This appealing airport hotel is quietly situated yet lies just 5 km from countless shops, restaurants, bars and nightclubs. Links to the public transport network are just a couple of minutes away (about 150 m away). The nearest beach is about 10 km from the hotel.

Facility

The hotel has 2 suites and 96 double rooms, which are located on 3 storeys and are reachable by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. A baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden.     A modern, functional and well-located business hotel

    I spent one night at Amrâth Airport Hotel Rotterdam on a business trip to the Netherlands 🇳🇱. My meetings were close to the airport so I appreciated the very convenient location, 500 meters from the terminal. Although a shuttle bus was available I decided to walk to the hotel, which took about 8 to 9 minutes. The check-in process was fast and efficient although probably made easier by the early check-in. As I arrived late the restaurant had already closed. I decided to use the vending machines located in the lobby and was happy to see that they didn't only offer junk food. The room was spacious with a sofa and a desk but the bathroom - equipped with a walk-in shower - was quite small. The room was clean, modern and well appointed. The Nespresso coffee machine was a nice feature. The bright, one would probably say garish, colours on the walls, the floors or even the furniture - apple green was the dominant colour in my room - are certainly questionable but it seemed to be the decoration guideline. I very much enjoyed the terrace overlooking a small river/canal. It was relaxing to have a coffee there in the morning before starting the day. However, it was difficult to ignore that the hotel was located close to an airport as the room became noisy when the flights resumed. Fortunately it was not an issue during the night and Rotterdam - The Hague is also not one of Europe's busiest airports. The breakfast was OK. The essentials were there but the presentation and the selection of items such as breads, fruits and yogurts could be improved. Overall I liked the modern, functional facilities and the excellent location. I would not hesitate to recommend the place.     Very pleasant stay and very friendly staff

    I had a very pleasant experience at Amrath airport Hotel. When I checked in the reception staff were very polite and friendly. The lady even noticed on my passport that it was my birthday the following day and wished me a happy birthday . I had a very nice comfortable sleep and I also met a nice man who I think was the night reception man and he was very nice he even gave me a voucher for a free breakfast as it was my birthday. And we talked a lot about England and the netherlands , this man was very nice, unfortunately I forgot his name but i hope he reads this so I can tell him I am now a fan of frenna and broerder liefde :) I will defo be back again .     Don’t have breakfast

    The location was good, the room was clean and beds were comfortable. That’s where the positives ended. On the advertisement on booking.com it states £16 per breakfast. We went for breakfast , there were 2 ladies working breakfast who were not interested in us , they were having a chat together. We had to find where to sit ourselves , we were the only ones there at 0900. The hot food was , half cooked sausage, a few scrappy fatty bits of bacon , not enough for a child, boiled eggs that were cold and scrambled eggs that were horrid. The cold meats and cheese were not covered so flies were all over them , the cheese was hard as left outside uncovered, the toast would not toast , as machine was useless. When we paid we were charged €49 euro,,,,, we only paid £68 for the room !!!I complained at the front reception desk and the lady said this was wrong and told us correct price to be €39 euro , the ladies at restaurant then refused to return our money as they said it was correct , don’t want to waste any further time at this place so we left . In all , ok to sleep here but don’t have breakfast !!     Not a safe hotel to stay

    Poor services and they used my debit card for unnecessary charges, it’s a clear fraud of storing someone’s debit card details and using it without approval.I reported for the same and staff is not helpful at all. I paid for executive room but the balcony was full of dirt and no body cleaned it even after requesting it.Overall a very bad and pathetic, painful experience with that hotel. i literally felt that i should have spent my money wisely instead of staying such a unsafe hotel.

    I have to start my review with something that’s has never happened to me before in all of my travels. ….where at 11pm they refused for me to buy a bottle of water something simple you may say but really WHY. The room is extremely basic but clean, surprised at people’s previous comments of good views it is not. If you are travelling from Rotterdam and want to no hassle journey then it will do but set your expectations low.
