    Unacceptable and UNBELIEVABLE behavior from the hotel.We had to check out in the morning at 6:00 because we had flight to catch and the person in the reception said "I don't know how to do the check out or payment, you have to wait until 7:00 to check out, I can't do anything".So I took my colleagues to AMS airport to catch their flight and returned to the hotel paid 880 euros from my pocket for my coleagues rooms because the receptionist doesn't know how to do CHECK OUT.And there were no apologie nothing....they told me we cannot do something.UNPROFESSIONAL....     there was no plug for the bath and shower handle broken. Average room with good shutters to make the room dark. Good TV. Just a pity you cannot wash yourselve.     This was my first time in the Netherlands, I'd also never travelled alone before but the hotel serves as a temporary great place to really get used to the Rotterdam, so thank you so much in the staff.     . Looks like an old american motel, dirty hallway. Room was very small, old, sagging mattresesOutside the door were people smoking weed. The bed was that old I couldn't sleep on it, I asked after 15 minutes for a refund, but this wasn't possible because the room was used!!     Visiting the FEI European Championships, road closures meant we were not as close as we hoped. The team were very helpful and supportive and did everything to help us. On the last morning Merlin worked hard to ensure we got a taxi to the station after the booked taxi failed to arrive. A great stay, thank you.
