    The hotel room was very nice. The airconditioning worked perfectly (we had a mini-heatwave while I was in Rotterdam). The view was excellent.The front desk staff, Nadine/Sahrine/Joane were helpful with restaurant recommendations and non-touristy areas to visit.The breakfast area was well appointed and the prices were very reasonable. There is a self-service kiosk and an ice machine there.The gym/fitness center, while small (what hotel has a large fitness center?), had a good selection of free weights. Just what you need to get the job done.The hotel is located pretty much within walking distance to everything, but the metro transportation is also closeby.Went on an great history walking tour, boat ride, and visited a couple of museums. Very nice stay for my first time in Rotterdam.     Great service, rooms were very clean staff were friendly. It was my husbands birthday and they left a small gift and card which was a lovely surprise as we did not mention this on our booking. Great location close to allShops/ restaurants and train station would recommend.     Great Rotterdam hotel location

    Centrally located near the Rotterdam Train Station and in the vicinity of restaurants and shopping, we enjoyed a 4-night stay at this hotel. As we did not have a car, we walked or took public transit quite easily. The room was spacious with a clean bathroom. The only downside to our room with one window, was that the lighting was quite dim by the closet. A very comfy bed. The lounge and breakfast area were top-notch as there was lots of selection and rather than a flat rate, we paid only for what we consumed. The prices were very reasonable and we ate for less than 10Euros each. The staff were friendly and very helpful.
