Positives:The location, which is a short walk into the centre of Den Haag and near some really lovely streets. Easy public transport links, couldn't have asked for better.The staff were friendly and efficient the few times we dealt with them.Cleanliness- the room was very clean when we checked in.Washing facilities: The shower had great water pressure.Negatives:These rooms are really only suitable for one night (we had a superior double room for three nights). There's nowhere to unpack so we ended up dumping a lot of our stuff on the desk and chairs they provide.Power sockets: There were only two in the room, one by the door and one at the base of the headboard. Both of these were quite impractical.No tea and coffee making facilities which seems to be the norm in budget Dutch hotels, but more unusual in Britain.Two small cushion size pillows (again, seems to be a budget Dutch hotel thing)The sink in the bathroom was tiny, so it was easy to get water everywhere.The wifi was dreadful, kept dropping out.The hotel is described as 'pared back' but I wasn't prepared for quite how spartan it was. That being said, I might book again for a single night stay if the wifi was better.

The area is very comfortable for tourists and other. But the main thing is that easyHotel created a place where customers can stay during their trip or otherwise. The rooms are perfect decorated with Smart Control panel for adjusting your fan speed (low energy use). The rooms size is perfect for 1 person or for two persons depending on your wishes. In any way, I was satisfied with the overall (cheaper) prices with discounts. The best of this service was VERY easy to book a room within a few minutes. No waiting or delay issues. It never happened. The reception hotel staff is excellent: they really welcome you as a guest! You only have to follow your instructions (take the elevator and look for your room number. That’s it. I descovered the service of easyHotel via someone who did this for themselves or their work. Thanks to them, I now became a customer of easyHotel. Furthermore, the lights can be arranged the way you want and a very pleasant way to book a room on the last-minute! Whatever your situation, you can be invited after their payment option (to complete the order process). My compliments for the staff and their kindly patient. Professional decorated (not too big) spaces. You only have to bring your own suitcase and stuff with you (eg teeth brush and other). They offer clean towels and toilet paper all included for that price!

As I had a short trip Stayed 1 night. The location of the hotel is far enough but close enough to the city centre. Transportation, places to eat and drink are within walking distance. Very nice automatic check-in. Nice and cozy place. Very well equipped rooms for such price. The room included a small desk, mirror, wardrobe, bed lamps and a chair. Very nice bathroom. Brilliant clean hotel. It’s only rated 2 star but it is much better. Clean comfortable and with in easy reach of all transport.
