  Good value for money with friendly staff

  The staff at reception were really lovely, very helpful and friendly. Our check-in & out were smooth. The building is not equipped to welcome in wheelchairs but they have a small lift that acts as a work-around. It's not ideal, though. The room was an adequate size and quite comfy, clean and tidy. We were upgraded to a balcony with a view of the water which was really nice. The food in the restaurant was good; we had an excellent risotto dish for our evening meal. However the service was a bit slow. Breakfast offered a good variety and was a good value.Public transport made the hotel easily accessed; they're across the road from a shopping mall, which I know would make some people very happy. We would stay at this hotel again.

  It’s 03.10am on Thursday 30th May and instead of being asleep I am wide awake and writing this review.The ongoing loud music and noise from the adjacent Westfield Shopping Mall and, the earlier noise from people using the car park below as a social meeting place and race track, has meant that I have been unable to get any sleep.The windows in the room do nothing to insulate you from the outside noise.It’s a shame as the room itself is nice and the food from the hotel restaurant was very good when I had dinner earlier.If you are in the area on business and looking for somewhere to get a decent nights rest then this is not the hotel for you.

  Nice hotel but restaurant could be improved!

  Hotel was good, with free parking. The location is good. There are steps to get your suitcase into reception, although there is a wheelchair lift that could be used, it's not readily available. The breakfast had articles missing on both days. On the second visit there was no scrambled egg left or pancakes at 9.05. I did ask for more. Pancakes arrived but no scrambled egg. I would have have preferred to have been told that there wouldn't be any more scrambled egg, I waited for more but none arrived. Restaurant in the evening was a bit hit and miss also. There are plenty of places to eat in the area, so it's not a problem. The restaurant has lovely views. I would still stay again as The room was good and the restaurant wasn't terrible, just needs to be improved.

  hotel was very good for business trips and short tourist visitsrooms, cleanliness, small gestures etc all seemed finei can only add, it would be nice if rhey have hotel slippers in the rooms and the bath towels could be a bit bigger maybe but ün general, top option for the money you pay

  my hotel room was on the 4th floor ..and my sleep the first night there ..was disturbed by the air conditioning unit & its fans on the roof ..i complained to reception and was told by them that it was due to the storm ..and that ALL guests on my floor had complained of same ...the rest of the week ..was fine ..the restaurant ONLY had the menu in dutch ( bad move ) ..as i would have eaten there more often IF i could read the menu ..dined there with dutch friends so they helped translate ..fab shopping centre next door & food court & restaurants !..thank god !..it made up for everything else !...lovely housekeeping staff ( i left some goodies for them when i left & a thank u note )
