    Excellent location

    rating06 May 2026

The Hilton did not disappoint. The hotel is in a great location accessible for all the sights, shops, restaurants, cafes, bars etcStaff were super friendly & very helpful especially the reception staff and the mangers/supervisors in the restaurant for breakfast, which was excellent, plenty of choice & the best omelettes. Jacky Eerdhuijzen, Guest Services / Front Office at Hilton The Hague, responded to this review Dear Trish,Thank you so much for your lovely feedback! We’re thrilled to hear you enjoyed our central location and found it easy to explore all the nearby sights, shops, cafés, and bars. It’s especially great to know our team made such a positive impression—from our welcoming reception staff to our breakfast restaurant managers. And we’re delighted you loved the breakfast (those omelettes are a guest favorite!).We hope to welcome you back again very soon! Kind regards, Jacky, Guest Relations

A must stay due to the quality of the hotel and The Hague.

    rating02 May 2026

Such a great hotel. From the time of booking forward, this simply a great experience. We were traveling with our daughter and requested two connecting rooms with a view. It was quickly confirmed and sure enough, we were on the top floor together, with a great view.Upon arrival, we were greeted in the best possible way, and the room arrangement was perfect, right down the hall from the executive lounge. The lounge was lovely with an outdoor patio for enjoying the view and sunshine. There are two "resident" seagulls, who the hotel asks you not to feed. Understandable, because they are quick to take food if you don't pay attention. They are amusing and not any threat! The hotel's location is wonderful, near historic attractions and along a canal. Many, many nearby local restaurants and a short walk to the shopping district. The Hague is an ideal location along the coast. We took a short tram to walk the beach and made day trips to Delft and Amsterdam. We find The Hague to be a perfect hub, instead of the chaos of Amsterdam. As a side night, we suffered a small medical issue, and Jackie the concierge, leapt into action visiting the room twice, making a doctor's appointment and arranging luxury transportation to the medical office. She and the staff were fantastic. Another friendly and helpful staff member was Paul in the executive lounge. There were many others. One suggestion, the hotel works with a local cab company to arrange transport. They pick you up at the hotel and around town and the charge goes directly to your room. Very reliable and friendly drivers. Finally, the breakfast buffet is terrific with a nice selection and comfortable ambiance. If you are visiting The Netherlands, please visit The Hague and stay at the Hilton The Hague. You will not regret it. Jacky E, at Hilton The Hague, responded to this review Dear Mr. William B.Thank you so much for this wonderful and detailed review. We’re also glad our location, Executive Lounge, and breakfast helped make your visit to The Hague so enjoyable. We truly appreciate your recommendation and hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back to Hilton The Hague in the future.Kind regards, Jacky Eerdhuijzen, Guest Relations

to be avoided at all cost

    rating01 May 2026

One of the biggest mistakes at one of the most disgusting hotels. As a Diamond Member was a victim of cheating behind my back with numerous charges, mostly at night. Awful facility to be avoided like this corrupt place. Jacky E, at Hilton The Hague, responded to this review Dear Mr. Jaroslaw, We are sorry to read about your disappointment. Please note that at check-in we take a standard deposit (pre‑authorisation) on the credit card to cover incidentals. If this amount does not cover the total costs of the stay, our system will automatically request an additional authorisation, which may occur overnight. These are not charges, but temporary holds released after departure according to your bank’s processing time. If you like to have more details, please contact the hotel directly .With kind regards, Jacky, Guest Relations

Enjoyed our stay at Hilton The Hague

    rating28 Apr 2026

This Hilton is located within an easy walk to almost anywhere you want to go in the city center. Parking is onsite and costs €36 per night. It is easily accessed. Check in was easy, reception staff were friendly, Joni was very sweet and helpful. Diamond status was recognized. The executive lounge was nice with tables on an open terrace. Beverage choice was very good. Appetizers were limited. The lounge staff were friendly. Breakfast downstairs in the Blue Blood Restaurant had a good selection including omelets and eggs cooked to order. Provide your choice on the card at your table to the chef at the egg station and they will deliver to your table. My omelette was delicious. My only minor suggestion is to add Nutella to the breakfast bar. Out of a 2 week stay in Holland, this was the only breakfast without the option. Our room was nice, bedding was comfortable, shower was hot with plenty of pressure. We would definitely stay here again. Jacky E, at Hilton The Hague, responded to this review Dear Abamagal,Thank you very much for taking the time to share your detailed and kind review. We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed our central location, smooth check-in experience, and the warm service from our team—Joni will be especially happy to receive your compliments. It’s great to know that the Executive Lounge, breakfast experience, and your room all met your expectations. We truly appreciate your suggestion regarding Nutella at breakfast and will be happy to share this with our culinary team. We’re honored you would choose to stay with us again and look forward to welcoming you back on your next visit.Kind regards, Jacky Eerdhuijzen, Guest Relations

A comfortable stay will everything you would expect from a Hilton

    rating09 Apr 2026

Comfortable stay, nice rooms with everything you would expect from a Hilton. The breakfast was particularly pleasant with suitable dim lighting, relaxed atmosphere and a great choice for breakfast. Too bad it was difficult to get a table for dinner and the fire alarm at 10pm with little to no instruction on when we could return to our rooms was not ideal. All-in-all a well-located hotel for a comfortable stay during a business trip. Jacky Eerdhuijzen, Guest Services / Front Office at Hilton The Hague, responded to this review Dear cj3t,Thank you for your feedback. We’re happy to hear you enjoyed the comfort of our rooms and the relaxed atmosphere and variety at breakfast. We’re sorry for the inconvenience with dinner availability and the disruption caused by the fire alarm and communication at that time. Your comments have been shared with the team, and we hope to welcome you back for an even better stay.Kind regards, Jacky Eerdhuijzen, Guest Relations
