  Very Pleasant One Night Stay

  We booked a double room. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. There was a small fridge, a kettle and a coffee machine in the room with coffee and tea. Complimentary water bottles weren't missing. Basically, everything we needed for a one night stay. The staff was professional and welcoming. I'd definitely stay here again.

  I have very worst experience.I mistakenly booked 2 extra rooms and same time I cancelled it but they deducted money from my account and when I requested them they refused to refund..Be careful before booking this hotel as they won’t refund .

  We had an incredible stay at Riva Hotel in The Hague! The hotel’s location next to the beautiful Hertenkamp park with a large lake made for a peaceful and scenic retreat. The rooms were luxurious with a modern twist, offering ultimate comfort and all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was the all-you-can-eat dinner at Wereldrestaurant Samen. The variety of cuisines was outstanding – from fresh seafood, BBQ meats, and sushi to pizza, Asian, and European dishes.   This is very nice modern hotel 🏨 free parking in front of the hotel , very neat room with modern furnishings , love the breakfast (fresh and healthy ) had a good talk with friendly Chinese chef , staff are very friendly here !   Bathroom was not cleaned properly. Silverfish bug on floor, alive and active. This is a clear sign of lacking cleaning over time. Drain congested and risks overflowing both bathroom and the rest of the room. The extreme smell of food is ever present in lobby / reception area and quiet overwhelming. This due to a buffet restaurant two escalators up from lobby. All was mentioned to the staff with zero reaction. Underwhelming…
