Not very pleased. Especially the food. I stayed 2 weeks and the food was the same every day. Boring to eat the same thing for 2 weeks. No choice for people who dont eat sausage or ham or pork. Hotel Manager, Owner at ibis Den Haag City Centre, responded to this review Dear Edvin,Thank you for sharing your feedback with us.We are sorry your experience did not meet expectations regarding our culinary offerings. Our breakfast buffet operates daily, providing flexibility for different schedules, and we offer vegetarian and gluten-free options upon request. Our team remains available to address any preferences during stays. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for an improved experience.Best regards,Team ibis Den Haag City Centre

Careful no heating
29 Oct 2024
I cancelled my stay because kindly be aware that there isn’t air conditioning or heating in rooms. This is mostly Booking.com’s problem which does not Highlight missing amenities. Having suffered in summer in one such place I messaged the property and they confirmed that there was no heating. Can’t stay in the middle of winter without heating unless you are really broke. Kindly check with the hotel before paying. Hotel- cmanager, Owner at ibis Den Haag City Centre, responded to this review Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We acknowledge your concerns regarding the temperature control within our rooms. Our hotel is equipped with a central air system that maintains a comfortable environment based on the outside temperature. This system efficiently provides warmth during the winter months to ensure our guests' comfort. From October 1st. the system started heating already. We regret any misunderstanding that may have occurred and the inconvenience this has caused you.We hope to be able to welcome you on a future occasion. Best regards,Team ibis Den Haag City Centre
