    I had dinner at the restaurant of the Mövenpick Hotel The Hague last Saturday with my son, and the experience was outstanding.Even though the restaurant was very busy, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for at every moment. A special thank you to Geraldo, whose kindness and attentiveness truly made our evening, and to the manager Ayman, who leads with such warmth and professionalism. Their hospitality was exceptional and made us feel like valued guests.The service was impeccable: calm, efficient, and very well organized, despite the high volume of guests.The food was outstanding—truly excellent—and I would also like to congratulate the chef for the quality and execution of the dishes.Congratulations to the entire team for such excellent work.     Location it is amazing! Hotel super cozy but the very best is the staff! Oswaldo at the reception makes you feel at home with his kindness and high education and in the bar you cannot miss Geraldo , he brings his Caribbean vive to den hage and he is the most cheerful easy person you can find.     Spacious room, great location, spotlessly clean and well maintained. These, plus friendly helpful staff, made us glad we chose the Movenpick. We would happily recommend it. One minor point : while you (and just about every other hotel) encourage guests to re-use their towels, a bathroom with just one hook and a small towel rail makes it a token effort. There’s no way towels could dry properly.     Outstanding Hotel in the heart of the palace district.

    Well, what can I say? The Hotel is beautiful and in an amazing section of the city near the palace. A good start if you want to experience the best that The Hague has to offer. Aside from the beach itself, nearby (5km), this is an amazing place.Then the people, staff and the outstanding service. Across the board the team on board are excellent. All speak perfect English, all speak Dutch and many speak Spanish also. At the top of that list is the staff star of the stay, Aymen. My thorough congratulations to him and his team for making my stay of two months truly enjoyable. On a business trip, the hotel is rarely my top priority or concern, here I would recommend to anyone.My wife and I have also stayed for leisure on another occasion, and the service was equally exemplary. Not the cheapest hotel, but if you value quality and incredible service, I would recommend you consider Movenpick. In my view, as we are high tier in Accor, definitely earns its place in the tier 1 list of hotels.
