  Bland but clean and in a decent location

  Bland, corporate feel. It lacked personality but was clean and in a good location. If you are on a work trip it’s fine but for a holiday there’s not enough soul.   I stayed for one night in this very well-located hotel in the Hague recently. My room on the 5th floor was comfortable and spacious. The staff members were friendly, polite and respectful and they smiled a lot which i liked. The breakfast was good. Via agoda.com i managed to get my room in this nice hotel for a good price. I really enjoyed my short stay in this hotel.   Good, but things to be improved

  Excellent location to visit D’en Haag city center, and despite central location, very quite environment. Comfortable rooms, and spacious bath room. Very complete and excellent breakfast.But… air conditioning not working, although quite warm outside. Also, some lights not working in bathroom.   We stayed for 1 night in a twin room on the 2nd floorArriving by train we only had about a 10min walk to the hotel.The front entrance is not very welcoming with a lot of rubbish & cigarette ends outside. The lift wasnt working so had to use a service lift.Staff were friendly, we were able to leave our luggage as we arrived before check in.The room was clean & fairly spacious.Bathroom was large.We looked over the main pedestrian street so could hear people leaving nearby bars during the night.There is a gym below the hotel which was very loud with music in the morning.We didnt have breakfast as we prefered to use nearby cafes.   Great Location and Friendly, Helpful Staff.

  Central Location with shopping, cafes and restaurant's all close by. Trams nearby and main train station was only a 10 - 15 min walk. Got off to a bad start. No booking could be found. Somehow whilst our travel agent changed the 7 night to 4 night, the hotel computer cancelled both bookings. To the staffs credit they tried hard to fix the problem and after about an hour, found a lower standard different room. To make amends they included free breakfast for our stay. Our room was fine, clean and comfortable, couldn't complain.
