Great hotel. Friendly staff. Clean throughout. Comfy beds with nice bedding and pillows. Warm. Bathroom a good size. Would recommend. Shame breakfast wasn't included. Horrible checkin: although reserved parking space none were available, no working elevator, disrespectful staff heating done with an electrical mobile heater. Does not deserve its stars. Unfortunately, your stay coincided with a technical issue at the hotel. For safety reasons, we temporarily took the elevator out of service to prevent any guests from getting stuck. This decision was made proactively.We understand that this caused inconvenience, and we sincerely apologize. The heating in your room also experienced a temporary outage, and we provided an additional mobile heater to make your stay more comfortable. Due to the Christmas holidays, resolving these issues took longer than usual, but we worked hard to address them as quickly as possible.Although this was an unusually challenging day with technical issues, we take guest safety and comfort very seriously. Your feedback helps us improve our processes to ensure a better experience in the future. Perfect location, comfortable and clean room, staff very kind, value for money. Traffic noise but silent if windows are closed. Breakfast was not taken in the hotel. Not reliable and doesn't use the kettle

During our stay, the air conditioning in the bathroom was not working. We reported the problem to reception, and attempts were made to resolve it, including inserting a second room card. However, the bathroom remained cool.The kettle in the room was not completely clean.We were unable to reserve a parking space in advance because, according to the staff, all spaces were already taken. Therefore, we used a public parking lot; the cost was €57 for 36 hours.We did not have breakfast because the price was too high for us. However, there is a bakery nearby, about a two-minute walk away.
