My stay was unfortunately very uncomfortable due to poor room temperature control. The room was extremely cold, and there was no individual temperature regulator available. I later found out that the temperature for all rooms is controlled centrally. The radiator was not functioning, and the air conditioner continuously blew cold air that couldn’t be turned off.When I contacted the reception, their only suggestion was to remove the door switch card — which turned off all the lights — and stay in the dark to stop the cold air from circulating. This was quite disappointing and unhelpful.Additionally, the room was dusty and did not feel properly cleaned. Breakfast was of poor quality. Overall, I expected a higher standard of comfort and maintenance from this hotel.

It good in terms of cleanliness but it is bad that breakfast is not included in the price. How much can a person eat for breakfast? There weren’t even disposable slippers in the room. The location is quite far from the downtown. You can reach the city center by walking for about half an hour.

Baby child found pill on floor of filthy room

Filthy and appalling service. Room not clean or hoovered, my 16 month old picked up and put a discarded pill in his mouth. After checking if I needed to pay on arrival and told no, my room was called at 2100 waking my young children up after a 9 hour journey for me to walk the length of the hotel to pay. When I outlined the issues to the receptionist she laughed at me. DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL, DANGEROUS AND DIRTY.

Perfect for the active person

Close to the Centre of Delft it was certainly convenient to walk there via the cycleway/walkway. Also very close to Delftse Hout where I went running.My room was excellent, A very comfortable King Bed, and great bathroom. Large TV, good internet connection - In short all a traveller could want. Free parking and restaurant (I didn't use) onsite. A bit pricey but good for Holland. A Definite recommendation.

Amazing hotel, clean, quiet, and very good breakfast. Only the pillows could be better, but we had a very good time in this hotel. Employees are very polite and helpful. We highly recommend it.We will surely come back to this hotel on our future visits to the Netherlands.
