  The location was perfect, reception very welcoming and extremely helpful. Room had everything you need, coffee tea bar, toiletries, clean and comfy. Covered all of the bases at a decent price. I will reserve with this company from now on.   I hereby wish to formally file a complaint about a very disappointing and unprofessional experience I recently had in your restaurant. The incident took place on Sunday, September 13, 2026, between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM.Upon entering, I took a seat at the bar to place an order. The employee who was serving the guests at that moment clearly saw me come in and sit down. Despite my presence, he completely ignored me and made me wait for about 5 minutes before taking the order. Furthermore, I was not informed in any way beforehand about the working methods or the policy of the service.However, the biggest problem arose during the settlement. When I wanted to pay in cash, the employee informed me that no cash is accepted. When I asked if he could explain this, he responded with the remark that "people here don't trust."This kind of customer-friendly, inappropriate, and downright accusatory statements are completely unacceptable. Such an attitude gives a very bad impression of the professionalism and selection policy of the management regarding the staff.I assume this is not the hospitality and quality you wish to project.   The hotel is located within walking distance of the main train station, and at the same time directly in the pedestrian zone.The room cleanliness was good, and there was also aDrink voucher, if one chooses to forgo housekeeping.Unfortunately, there were slight difficulties when redeeming the voucher.A huge minus point was the breakfast.On one hand, the very strict end at 10:00 AM, which unfortunately led to the factthat from approx. 9:30 AM you had to be quick to still pack enough onto your plates.Theselection was okay, but could be improvedThe staff were sometimes not the friendliest.Okay for a short stay, rather not suitable for more.   The hotel is well located very close to the heart of the city. Rooms are relatively large (for location), clean and well laid out. The recent renovations were apparent.I was surprised to find my room on the 8th floor still had the cavity for a small fridge but didn’t have the fridge itself. Staff at reception explained that the 9th and 10th floors had fridges but the 8th floor rooms didn’t.The small breakfast buffet had healthy and high-quality choices although some went quickly if there was a crowd. Staff at that time did a great job.Would stay again.
