  The Ryanair of the Hotel

  Feel free to consider a different hotel for your stay. This place is located in a dead end area with a coffee factory nearby... with no shops around and nothing else to see. Furthermore, nothing is included in the price of your stay. They charge 18€ for a sandwich that they call breakfast, plus there is no car parking. The one nearby is what they call a public parking that will be costing 22,75 € per night as per March 2026. They don’t even have discount even if they are responsible of at least 80% of the flow coming through this facility. So for 1 night of stay, expect to spend almost 30% extra, just to have what should be included in hotel services.Also if you are looking for help, there is none. Clients must use some tablets in the lobby... ridiculous cost saving solution I must say.

  Our stay was very disappointing. The rooms were not clean, with visible spiderwebs and poor overall hygiene. The bathroom was in very bad condition and clearly not cleaned properly.There was no proper heating in the room, making it very cold, and one of us became sick after the first day because of this. On top of that, there was a strong weed smell in parts of the hotel, which is not acceptable for a hotel environment.The room lighting was also insufficient, making the space feel dark and uncomfortable.Overall, this was far below the standard we expected, especially since we have stayed here before. We hope management seriously improves cleanliness, heating, and overall guest experience.

  Awful place. Bugs in a sealed toilet (so it hadn't been cleaned). Broken shower head, water won't drain. Broken sink. The TV only has YouTube and Netflix options (if you have an account). The air conditioning temperature couldn't be adjusted properly. The oven/microwave manual was incorrect. I filed a complaint immediately in the morning because I checked in late and there is no reception. I received a whatsapp message saying the complaint was only filed upon checkout (which isn't true, and I have proof of that) and that they could therefore only offer a discount code. Even the discount code wasn't offered.

  Not going back again:This is not an hotel, is,a complex with mini apartments. It us not central, it us located in the putskirts of Utrecht in the industrial area. I got a very expensive rate. I found the room cold and with very comfortable pillows,no cosyness and even long waiting to get a taxi...Yes clean and functional, probably best for long stays.

  We book a room for 3 (parents + our daughter) 4 months in advance for the entrance week at the utrecht university. Unfortunately our daughter decided to go to another University. The hotel did not accept to reimburse us, even 4 months in advance and knowing that their rooms will all be booked this week because of the 30,000 students that will start their semester at the utrecht university.
