This is a good value hotel for a family trip - two extra beds in their own room for children, plus en suite bathroom. Kids loved looking at the trains from the room, and the pool and sauna/steam room was a hit! We could walk to the canals easily from the hotel, and of course super convenient for the trains. Staff friendly and we were given a later checkout at 12pm, on request, for no additional charge.Would have preferred an "opt in" for room service. We put on the "do not disturb" light but towels were changed anyway, which we did not require for a two night stay!

Enjoyed our seven night stay in this lovely hotel.

What an absolute gem! We chose this hotel as it was just ten minutes walk from the railway station and we planned to use the trains to visit other Dutch cities. Our very spacious room was on the 10th floor, with a huge bed. It was nice to have a fridge. The bathroom was big too, with a walk-in shower. The view was great, overlooking the lines of the railway station. The only downside was that we seemed to be directly underneath the gym, on the 11th floor, and we were woken up most mornings around 6am by early risers, using the treadmill. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. We never dined in the restaurant but did enjoy several hot snacks (especially the prawns!) in the bar most evenings. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly Usio(sp.?) in the bar. Apart from travelling on the trains, we spent a few days in Utrecht which is a beautiful place and we really enjoyed exploring it. If you do visit Utrecht, definitely recommend you stay at this hotel!

Great Stay! Fantastic Location and Views

I had a lovely stay at Inntel Hotel. The staff were really friendly and check-in was quick and easy. My room was massive, spotless, and had an incredible view overlooking the train station. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the canals. I tried the breakfast one morning, and while it was nice, it felt a bit pricey so I didn’t have it again. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in Utrecht!

We booked a Wellness Room, which I can recommend - 2 person whirlpool bath in the corner of the very large room, sauna in the opposite corner; what’s not to like.Location hits the spot too. Right next to Centraal Station (Schipol in >40 minutes direct) and >5 minutes walk from Tivoli Vredenburg which was our reason for visiting (a gig). Utrecht is my favourite Dutch city and everywhere is close to hand. If you use the city as a base there are few places as well-connected as Utrecht.We didn’t take breakfast in the hotel - never do when there are so many options nearby to choose from at a time convenient to us.Not a large space on ground floor and the lobby isn’t made for spending time in - but why would you…that’s Utrecht outside the door.
