    Our second stay in this very nice hotel in the city-centre of Woerden. Parking-garage opposite the hotel. Friendy & helpfull staff. Excellent breakfast. Spacious rooms. Unfortunately there was little noise from the guests in the room above us during the night.     Unbelievable characteristic and quality atmosphere at Van Rossum. The entire hotel and restaurant breathes charm, history and modern finish. We were amazed with how beautiful the place was for such a price. Lovely thoughtful details. Very friendly and helpful reception, we were able to change rooms as we had set our hopes on a certain type of room. Which was no problem at all. We will certainly be back!     Most disappointed dinner ever

    Nice atmosphere but when my dinner arrived I was not amused. Almost no vegables and a smaal portien meat. I'll never having dinner in this restaurant again.     My honest opinion about this hotel is mixed. Its funky and well decorated, great amenities and has everything under the one roof, plus its in a central location. But, it's right next to a clock tower which chimes every hour of the night. Its also an extremely old building so you hear the people above walking around and flushing their toilet. The door to the restaurant is very heavy, so when it slams shut, it rattles the whole room above. And (this is real nit picky but) the body wash bottle said bergamot but that was definitely not bergamot, it smelt and felt cheap. Oh and the burger at the restaurant was dry, tasteless and expensive.
