  I did not stay at the motel, only went to the restaurant for a meal. Service was slow, only one waiter on (he was very busy). Food was Ok. Nothing stunning. Little things could be done better at no extra cost but would add so much to the meal.

  Very disappointing experience.I made an honest mistake booking the wrong dates during a period of significant personal stress involving serious family illness. I contacted the motel immediately, explained the situation clearly, and asked for any reasonable solution — including a date change, credit, or partial refund.I also reached out to Booking.com, who contacted the property on my behalf to request an exception. Unfortunately, they were also refused, with the motel unwilling to offer any flexibility at all.What stood out most was the complete lack of empathy or willingness to assist in any way. While policies are understandable, good customer service allows for some level of discretion — especially in genuine situations. That was entirely absent here.If something goes wrong with your booking, don’t expect any support or understanding.

  Good enough stay for one night. Clean room, nice beds and shower.Free airport transfer is easy and convenient from the international terminal.However, restaurant isn’t welcoming and ist the best quality. There is not much in the surrounding area at all.

  Atrocious experience with this motel

  AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Absolutely atrocious experience with this so called Motel. I booked one room for one night for myself & my partner a year ago for the night of the Metallica concert 19/11/25. I phoned this motel on the 18/11/25 to confirm everything was still all good for our check-in the following day. I queried the Guarantee Policy on my Confirmation Email which stated I would need to pay a damage deposit of $250 on arrival (which I was fine with) but the man I spoke to said I didn't need to do that, that when I checked in the next day all I needed was my credit card for payment and my photo ID. We drove up from out of town to check in the next afternoon only to be told that my booking had been cancelled as my payment declined and they tried phoning me. Lie after lie. There was no phone call from this Motel, and, not that they had the authority to take money from my account but if they had of tried it would have been successful because I made sure there was money in my account for our trip. I asked to speak with the manager, but he conveniently was not in. She said there was nothing she could do, my booking was cancelled, and they had no spare rooms for the night. We didn't have time to argue as we wanted to get to the concert. As we were leaving, we checked online only to see that they did indeed have rooms available at $1,600 for that one night!! No wonder they cancelled my $157.82 booking!! Very, very unprofessional & disappointing.

  the only thing good about this hotel , was the beds. that’s it. Our shower was TAPED together, our fridge was leaking and the Wifi did not even work. we then went to the restaurant attached to the hotel and I had asked for vegetarian food and I got meat 3 TIMES. they told me that it was vegetarian when bacon was sticking out then I got random pasta with so much oil. not enjoyable. the family room is so close together and the shower isn’t great at all.
