    We love the central location right next to Albert Park and walking distance to the harbor and everything in the CBD. Kudos to the staff especially Ethan who made of stay memorable with his dining recommendations. The apartment is fully equipped with a kitchen, washer/dryer. Recommend booking the harbor view apartment! Well worth paying for the harbor views!!!     I have stayed in serviced apartments in Auckland a couple of days pretty much every week for the last two years. The Avani has stood out way above the others. It has it all (unlike many of the others - don't get me wrong, others are good but there is always something that lets them down, no A/C, slow wifi, no dish washer etc.).The Avani has it all. Well appointed, spacious, clean, all the facilites, great Wi-Fi, air con, water pressure (who doesn’t want a good shower at then end of the day), great location, stunning views, and great value for money (I booked through yes you guessed it – Trivago).This will be my go to… whenever I can get a competative price.     I would definitely stay here again. The location was excellent with so many food options nearby. Close enough (but just far enough from) to Queen St and very close to the Viaduct.     I will definitely stay here again! My son and I had a beautiful harbour view we were able to cook our dinner using oven and stovetop no probs. Big fridge also and all the kitchen appliances and essentials. Location was great to near the park and restaurants in the city area. My son also enjoyed the use of the gym along with the pool & sauna!
