Really happy with this stay. Super convenient, beautiful large rooms, quiet and great staff. They have free washer and dryers too :)

We made a last minute after hours booking at BKs Pioneer due to flight delays and lost luggage debacle. The staff at BKs were so helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to assist us. Free shuttle, well priced rooms and immaculately maintained motel. Our room was quiet and spotlessly clean. Loved the spa bath after a stressful day too. Can't thank them enough! We look forward to staying here again whenever we require accommodation close to Auckland airport.

Fantastic service even at 2:00am with complimentary shuttle from the airport. The rooms are modern, very spacious. The bed was super comfortable and we didn't notice any road noise.The room was nice and clean with lounge type chairs and a dining table with a well equipped kitchenette. The motel is located close to the Auckland airport only around 15 minutes away with easy access and pleanty of off street parking available

Not much help when the receptionist / night manager doesnt listen.

Terrible assistance at 10pm when needing to find 3 rooms. Yes they had 3 rooms but the receptionist wouldn't listen when I was explaining the configuration needed for that to work. He got annoyed and then cut me off. Funny enough no answer when I tried (and tried ) to call back... Worked out ok anyway and found somewhere closer..

My family of 6 stayed for two nights with a early flight in the morning,we had two vehicles that were left at the motel for 7 days. Our late flight home meant one night stay on return. The rooms have been refurbished, clean and updated and were value for money for our family. The shuttle is free and eaterys are close walking distance. You are next to a busy road, rooms are quite sound proof. Thank you to the young driver from brazil, for returning to get my taonga. cheers
