    AVOID- MANAGER IS AGRESSIVE AND BAD

    The manager is a very aggressive and threatens staff and guests. We have had some close friends pass away and this manager has on the day of the tragic news decided to treat the staff who were good friends with the deceased so horrible and inhuman. He has over 20 reviews negative and has been witnessed even throwing a guest out physcially , a lady wighing 55 kgs

    You get what you pay for. This is cheap accommodation. We stayed 3 nights in a double room over a weekend. The room was clean and comfortable. The wall are very thin - we could hear quite clearly the bedrooms either side. Bathroom was also clean but needing maintenance. Kitchen was quite sad looking (needs lots of maintenance). But surfaces were mostly stainless steel and clean. I thought it and the dining area were quite small. I hate crowded spaces, but they never seemed to be all that crowded when we were there. Plenty of fridge and pantry space to store our food. Great locked luggage room off the reception area. Plenty of room for our backpacking bikes. My wife lost her purse one night in the dining area and it was returned the next day intact by the cleaning/reception staff. We found the staff great. Very helpful. Overall, the place is rather run down (you get what you pay for), but we did find it clean and enjoyed our stay there.

    Itchy bed, slept in car, no refund.

    For unknown reasons the bed was so itchy that I ended up sleeping in my car. I asked for a refund on the other nights I had booked so that I could leave, but was told that previous guests had not found a problem with the room and a refund was not possible as I had booked through booking.com. Obviously, this would be a long process and the final outcome would be at the discretion of the manager, so needing a place to stay, I accepted the offer of a room change.You get what you pay for. Only book if you have a cosy car.

    Noisy private rooms on level 9 & 10. Thin walls & aircon vent ducts bring the sounds of the neighbouring rooms into ur room. Level 9 AC is on 24/7 cant be controlled. Euro staff will over tell u too much info at once when u check in then point at one small pic at the wall for Wifi password. Becareful on level 9 as the French staff are the ones making all the noise banging on walls, coughing, late in the night in their Free room that they get. They wake U up on purpose when they hear u sleep.Close to city CBD is the pro here.

    Do not base their website as a reason to stay here. Stale and musty smelling rooms, moldy showers, and broken down washing machines.The only good things were the free WIFI and it's location in the central city.
