    Very good value hotel, everything we needed for a 3 night stay. Rooms were clean, beds comfy, shower good, plenty of tea and coffee in room and staff helpful. A short walk to Sky Tower or a short bus ride from bus stop right outside the hotel. Definitely recommend this hotel.

    It was exactly what I needed. Clean and tidy room and bathroom, quiet (although I stayed in the middle of the week), and friendly easy staff. For a budget hotel in the middle of the city I was very impressed. Thank you, I’ll see you next time.

    Stayed again here and it never disappoints. Affordable, clean, convenient and friendly customer service with the staff. Highly recommend if on a budget travelling to Auckland.

    A budget hotel in Auckland city. My room was simple and comfortable (it even had a sink in the room). The place was quite strategic and the staff are nice.

    It's a budget-esque hotel. What could go wrong?Pros:- 15-minute walk to the city center.- Acceptable level of cleanliness.- Friendly staff (varies).- Super budget-friendly.Cons:- Unstable WiFi. Although, this happens from time to time.- Other loud (sometimes intoxicated) guests could easily disturb your sleep.- Most notably, the staircase was unsafe. I slipped and bumped my head into a column. No staff saw me fall and immediately helped me (but at least he helped me a little with a gauze bandage and pointed me to the nearest clinic, which was closed).- Apparently, no security personnel. This is quite concerning.- No food services, only a vending machine available.All in all, this is a budget hotel; don't expect anything beyond that.
