    Find somewhere else. This place is rip off. You pay top dollars and then on top pay for parking which is $15 night.     Room was spacious for families, had washer/dryer which is great with families, great location close to everything including supermarket. Had cooking facilities as well as restaurant. Nothing was a problem, staff were very friendly.     We found the Oaks Auckland on a whim after having a not-so-great experience at another hotel in Auckland CBD, and we’re so glad we decided to move to the Oaks for the remainder of our holiday.The hotel is reasonably priced for a serviced apartment, especially considering it includes daily housekeeping. There’s also a café conveniently located on Level 1 if you want to grab a coffee or breakfast.The location is fantastic — much quieter compared to the other side of the CBD, while still being within easy walking distance of the Britomart restaurant and shopping precinct. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is great, and the entire team at Oaks were incredibly welcoming and friendly during our stay.Housekeeping also did a fantastic job cleaning the room each day and restocking tea, coffee and making the bed.The team were even kind enough to upgrade us free of charge to an accessible room on the top floor, which was a lovely surprise and very much appreciated.We would happily stay here again when visiting Auckland.
