    Spent 12 nights in a one bedroom apartment in March 2025. Our flight from Canada arrived 1 hour early, so we got to the hotel just after 6 in the morning. The hotel doesn't open until 7, so we had to wait until the lobby opened. Once opened, the receptionist already knew who we were, and got us into our apartment early, just after 7. She was very helpful giving us a map locating where to get groceries. We overlooked a park and had a view of the Sky Tower. Everything needed for a long stay included - a small kitchen with everything including a dishwasher. A washer and dryer was located in the bathroom. A comfortable bed. The living area furniture was basic hotel furniture, practical but not something you'd want in your own home. Plenty of different types of restaurants close at had. Close to the City center. Auckland has a lot of hills, so expect to walk up and down. We used public transport - cost 85 cents NZ to take the bus to the City center.

    Lovely staff very nice up to date rooms very clean lovely big bed modern bathroom spotless we are here for 7 nights glad we picked quest to stay in lovely view of park very quiet at night great tv for night time corrie emmerdale ect we would recommend this apartment to anyone the reception staff looked after our bags as we go there 10am putting our milk butter in fridge for us very nice touch one off the best rooms we have stayed in so far thank you

    We stayed here for 5 nights on our recent trip to Auckland. The check-in process was easy and the staff were friendly and helpful. We asked for a room overlooking the park when booking. The view was great and we had minimal road noise. Because we could open the window and door to the small balcony, there was no need to use the AC in the room. Our apartment had everything we needed. Great shower, comfortable bed and well provisioned kitchenette. We found the location perfect for our needs. Very central and close to supermarkets and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this accommodation to others.

    You always know what you will get with Quest - a decent sized room containing a large comfortable bed, TV, a small balcony, a kitchenette, washing machine and drier. It is on one of the main streets (Queen St), although a 15 minute walk from the harbourside. Staff always helpful, so a comfortable stay all round.
