Location

    We enjoyed our stay here. Very central to the harbour area , sky tower, queen street, restaurants and cafes. Staff are very friendly. Our room was spacious and had all we needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast is varied and very tasty. We also ate dinner as a Group of 24, which was three courses and very good.Thank you for a comfortable, pleasant stay.     We arrived early after a long journey and our room wasn't ready. The receptionist gave us the option to upgrade (for a small cost) to a better room on a higher floor which we did. The hotel helpfully stored our luggage for about a week while we went off on a "side trip". Good central location. Our 2nd stay we also upgraded to a room with a fantastic view over the harbour. Only managed breakfast there once which was of a good standard. Used taxis to the airport.     Great Hotel Experience

    First time to New Zealand. Seems like all the flights from the west coast of USA arrive in the early am. Ours landed at 5:45 am. Took a shuttle to the hotel and the lovely counter person stored our luggage for us. We were hot, tired, exhausted from the flight so we rested about 50 minutes in their lounge, used the facilities, have a few glasses of water and went about exploring. About checking time we came back and our bags were already in our room! Room was spacious for the two of us. Bed was extremely comfortable. Had dinner in their restaurant and found it good. After a great night sleep and second shower, we had their buffet breakfast. If you can’t find anything to eat, there is no pleasing you!Great hotel to start our 30 day Bew Zealand adventure.     A good location nice and near the harbour. The room was clean and staff welcoming.
