  I've stayed in many hostels but felt compelled to review this place. Absolute health hazard. Photos of this place are totally misleading. Gentleman on front desk was courteous and location and wi-fi , very handy but cold showers, awful smell, appalling kitchen and toilets you would rather not use are not worth the cheap rate + it's a shameful state for travellers from abroard to find themselves in, in an otherwise beautiful country. 100% false advertising

  The absolutely worst backpackers I've ever stayed at, the showers were luke warm and with Pubes in them, my dorm was leaking water out of the pipes. The place was filthy and not cleaned or maintained. One guy was vaping in my dorm and coming in and out of the room over 12 times throughout the early hours, patrons having no respect for others sleeping, just dumping their belongings on the floor so you had to navigate a path just to get to your bed, HOSTEL FROM HELL!

  Cockroach and bed bugs not worth the cheep price

  at first glance this place doesn't seem bad. I booked a room in a shared ten bed all female room. I'm 95% sure the place has bed bugs, doesn't help that I overheard one of the staff say that they do and especially doesn't help that every morning i woke up to 10+ bites. doors slam super loudly, and beds are super shaky so if your bunk mate is a mover, you will feel it all night. Wish the beds were a bit more sturdy and less buggy. Kitchen is too small for the size of the hostel. Have fun trying to find space in the fridge for your items as they only provide two. Saw two cockroaches while cooking so just keep that in mind as well. The only good thing about this hostel is that its very central and right by a grocery store.

  Worst hostel I have ever stayed in. Do not stay here as a solo female traveler! I stayed in a 10 dorm (which I have done before) However, I felt so insecure, look like people lived there permanently. Pretty sure a homeless guy stayed in my room. Some looked like criminals as well. The bed is not clean at all, and my body was so itchy. I woke up in the night cuz of the stank of the room was so awful. The reception girl was nice tho. Other than that the vibe in the hostel was soo creepy… DONT STAY HERE.

  We changed our plans and booked this place for two nights as our other hotel couldn’t extend our booking. We checked in and everything seemed sort of normal. Went down to eat our lunch in the kitchen (you can’t eat in your room) and the kitchen was disgustingly dirty. We had to look at either our food or each other so we could get the food down. Every corner you looked was awful it just got worse and worse. The room we booked was private and it was small with the bare minimum bedding (which ok you get what you pay for). The bathrooms were extremely dirty, hair everywhere, mould and an awful smell. There wasn’t even a fire alarm in our room…it had been ripped out.As soon as we’d finished our lunch we grabbed our things and left. Only took 1 photo but look at the other photos on trip advisor and you’ll see what I mean.
