Nicely renovated rooms, peaceful area. There is a schools across the road so you might hear kids playing during breaks.Spacious 1 bedroom, comfy bed with nice plush bedding.Handy to have guest laundry onsite.Check in and out easy.Breakfast was simple, small selection but fresh and hot.

Great experience with the hotel, from booking requests being followed to simple and easy check in, including storing our bags when we arrived into Auckland well before check in time. It was much appreciated. The room we stayed in was on level 2, in the seperate building a 2 bedroom apartment. It was well appointed, had everything we needed, was close to the guest laundry and was clean and comfortable. It would have got a 5 star if the main bedroom had a security stay on the window, i must admit that had me a little nervy with the kids! Otherwise quiet, great sleep quality and would be happy to recommend :)

This hotel was booked for a three night stay by our cruise company. It was a poor choice and I couldn’t recommend it.Our standard room was small, unattractive and poorly equipped, as was the en suite shower room. The walls are paper thin, we could clearly hear conversations in adjacent rooms and found the noise disturbing. The entire hotel looks badly in need of redecoration and considerable updating, and the installation of a lot of sound-proofing.We did find the staff helpful and hospitable and thought the location in the lovely suburb of Parnell was excellent.

Spectacular views of Auckand City from your private balcony.

The views of the city from this hotel are amazing. Situated on a hill in the prominent upper class suburb of Parnell on a safe and quiet street, I highly recommend staying here. Parking is free and they do not charge a damage deposit of bond unlike many inner city accommodation providers, meaning you can spend more of your money exploring the city or eating out. They also have a restaurant on site that does a delicious full buffet breakfast. I had an amazing sleep on their big comfortable beds and the balcony out of your room overlooking the city is the best spot for evening drinks. My room was also very clean. The only issue was that they need to clearly state on their computers when a customer has already paid for the room so that their staff know. I was asked twice during my stay to pay up when I had already. You can also buy the AT hop cards here and the Parnell Train station is just down the road, making it easy to get into the city. Lots of food places nearby as well and beautiful rose gardens. I would definitely stay again!

Another good stay, stayed in premium balcony room level 3.Very clean room, with upgraded kitchen and bathroom. Easy and free parking on-site. Great location in Parnell in quieter residential area, short walk to shops.Warm welcome on arrival.
