    Warm and personable host. The rooms are spacious, clean and the kitchen has more than enough mod cons to make your dinner. The beds are perfect. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely again. Great location for seeing the Redwood Forest and popping into town.

    This is not a 4 stars hotel..... at the very best a 2 stars one. Rooms are smelly, outdated, quite a few hairs in the bathroom. I did not even dare to sit in one of the sofa. The room are paper-thin so you will be fully immersed in your neighbor's life and smell of their cooking. I had booked and paid for 2 nights there, I left and booked another hotel, best decision in my vacation ever. After 3 attempts to contact the hotel the hotel and asked for a partial refund, I'll still waiting for it....Run away from this place

    Quiet location. Woolworths just opposite and some restaurants within walking distance. Rotorua is quite spread out so you need to drive to the attractions and main shopping area. Room was fairly basic (motel standard) but okay for an overnight stay. We had a first floor room so had stairs to climb.

    Close to all local attractions and shops. On site parking ideal for travelling. Everything you need in the room, comfortable bed and armchairs. Friendly staff. They were in the process of updating the rooms and I know they will be incredible once completed

    Tired old place badly in need of renovation. They are in process of painting rooms but to be honest it needs a complete renovation which is well overdue. Young lady on Reception was excellent - friendly, helpful and very professional. Wouldn’t rush back to be honest.
