This holiday village warmly welcomes guests in Mount Cook National Park.

Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. The holiday village provides a baggage storage service, a safe, a TV room, room service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a smoke alarm. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for no extra charge. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service to explore the surrounding area.

Rooms

Rooms feature a kitchen and a bathroom, and central heating ensures just the right temperature. Guests can enjoy the mountain view from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. A desk is provided. A fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, tea/coffee station and oven, as well as a complete set of utensils, is a standard feature. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a flatscreen television and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and include a hairdryer. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms are also available. The complex has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The sports and entertainment facilities at the holiday village ensure that guests have plenty of activities to choose from during their stay. A sun terrace is a great place to while away the hours. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the complex, including cycling/mountain biking, a spa, a sauna and hiking.

Meals

There is a restaurant on the premises. A continental breakfast guarantees a great start to the day.

    We stayed for 2 nights from the 29th of March in a double executive spa studio room and were allocated number 3 which was opposite the reception. Each lodge has an allocated parking space. The room was comfortable and large. There was no safe, laundry facilities were on site that you could use at $4 (cash). There were airers you could take back to the room to use, and you had an iron/board in the room. There were a microwave and fridge, however the freezer section was small, but we just managed to fit our lunchbox freezer packs in it. The TV had a small range on channels but no smart apps. The lodge is just a minutes’ drive away from the Heritage hotel where you pick up tours from. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay.     The large room was very clean and was of a high standard. Loved how we could see the mountains from our room. The room has full equipped kitchen and a spa bath too.     Comfortable motel style room in Mt Cook. Kitchen in room if needed although 2-3 restaurant options in the village. Close to everything.
