Never fails to impress!

We have stayed here many times over the years and have returned again to find the same excellent level of service. Our upper floor exec spa room was spotlessly clean, modern and well-appointed and of course has magnificent views of the mountain range. The bed was extremely comfortable and the lovely extra touches, e.g. spa towels, complimentary newspaper etc. are a delight. We met the friendly new relief manager, Jill, who is a superb host and even had the room ready for us way before check in time. This establishment is exceptional value and quality and should not be overlooked when considering a stay in Hanmer.

New favourite place to stay

Great place to stay in Hanmer. Nice, spacious rooms, perfect location & quiet. Headed there for an impromptu 1 night stay that was booked via Expedia in the same morning. Stayed in an Executive Spa Studio and it was nice to find a large room and large bathroom. Everything was great: Spotlessly clean room; easy parking, quality toiletries and helpful manger. A bit more expensive than other properties but 100% worth it. I would definitely recommend and will be staying again next time in Hanmer (hopefully longer next time).

This is an excellent place to stay. Easy walking distance to town and restaurants. We stayed in the corner room on the top floor with lovely views from the balcony. Well equipped with a large spa bath. Super comfortable super king bed. Sharon was a great host and we will definitely come back here to stay. A++++

Lovely comfortable studio! We loved everything about it, the great view of the mountains, nice and warm with underfloor heating, good water pressure, modern kitchen, great bed! Also friendly service from staff. I highly recommend this motel!

Excellent place to stay

This is a modern property maintained in excellent condition. My room, or more correctly a suite, comprised a large and comfortable living room with a dining area, a very well equipped kitchen area and a separate bedroom. There were small patios that were not overlooked outside the living room and bedroom with tables and chairs.When I checked in, the receptionist immediately changed my room to a ground floor room to accommodate the fact that I am not great on stairs and I had been assigned a room on the upper floor - there's no lift.One tiny negative was poor wifi but whether this was the motel's fault or my equipment was not clear as there was a booster in the living room.Would I stay there again? Yes, without hesitation (if I could afford it)!
