Just the reset I needed before Xmas

After a very busy and stressful November I booked a massage with vibrant living. Adela worked her magic on me and really encouraged me to actively relax and breathe. I felt completely nurtured, massage was amazing, Adela is very skilled and seemed to know exactly what my body needed and the nourishing tea and cocau afterwards was delicious and nourishing. This was simply the best decision I’ve made recently and I am benefiting immensely from the reset. I highly recommend Adela and vibrant living.

I’d give more than 5 stars if I could…! From the moment I arrived I felt put at ease. I have a frozen shoulder so wasn’t sure how I would be but Mariska was absolutely brilliant. Quietly checking in with me and ensuring I was comfortable and not putting strain on my shoulder - the room was warm, inviting and soooo calming and relaxing. Absolutely brilliant experience and massage, would highly recommend and come again. Thank you Mariska!

We booked the apartment in Hanmer Springs based on the excellent Trip Advisor reviews. They were spot on . Our host were some of the nicest people we have ever stayed with. They couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful and generous.In addition, we had the 2 1/2 hour spa treatment session. Totally relaxing. Superb view of the mountains from the hot tub in the apartment. Every facility you could want, in the rooms. Location is 10-15 minutes walk from the town centre.Would recommend as both a place to stay and a treat to yourself, without any hesitation.

I had the best stay at Vibrant Living retreat. It has a wonderful serene ambiance and there is a great team working behind the scenes to make your stay really easeful and comfortable. Loved the delicious super healthy food and juices. And I highly recommend the massages and facials - just heavenly!
