    I don't normally write a critical review...but here goes. 4th floor lakeside view room over Easter. First the good part- the view! Absolutely spectacular and endlessly satisfying. But. The room. Big cupboard but no storage drawers except for two tiny bedside drawers. No chairs at all and a tiny table. So i went down to reception and asked if they could put a chair in my room. Responses from several requests were "No". "Its not management policy" "We don't have any chairs" "We can upgrade you to a suite if you want a chair" Oh well, at least the bed was comfy.
