This luxurious hotel is the perfect base from which to explore the many attractions available in Queenstown. Queenstown is one of New Zealand’s premier resort towns. Nestled on the edge of stunning Lake Wakatipu and surrounded by the towering Remarkables Ranges, it’s a favourite destination for travellers – and with good reason. Scenic Suites Queenstown proudly welcomes visitors to Queenstown to experience its warm, personalised hospitality amid some of New Zealand’s most spectacular scenery. Located on Stanley Street and elevated just above the town centre, the property is linked to Heartland Hotel Queenstown, just 200 metres to the town centre and a 10-minute drive to Queenstown International Airport. It is also close to: shops, Lake Wakatipu, cafés, bars and restaurants.

Facility

The hotel has 84 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Vehicles can be parked in the garage, subject to availability. Further services include a babysitting service, a transfer service, 24-hour room service, a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. The hotel offers an extensive outdoor sports programme, including cycling/mountain biking, golf, fishing and horse riding. Water sports enthusiasts can enjoy canoeing, kayaking and parasailing. The hotel's location is particularly ideal for skiers. After an eventful day, guests can work out and recharge in the gym.     Hotel is fabulous, room clean and spacious, service great and can’t find fault. Cancelled a booking at another place as no 24 hours desk while this place does which makes a difference when arriving late at night.     Hotel was centrally located within the town. Check in and check out was easy. The room was spacious and clean and the amenities provided were great. Refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer as well as cups, plates, flatware, etc. The bed was comfortable. Separate living room/dining room with sofa bed if needed with sliding door to close off from the bedroom if needed. Lots of windows. Although we didn't have a view in our room, we were there to sleep and shower while we did sightsee. The bathroom had both shower and tub and was spacious. Heater and towel heater in the bathroom was a nice surprise on a cold morning. We would stay here again for sure. The staff at front desk were friendly and helpful. The only concern was the limited parking in the parking garage, but luckily, we got a spot both nights.     Can’t say enough about the staff here. We had a medical emergency and needed to stay an extra 3 nights. The staff was amazing and so helpful.     We had a wonderful 1 bedroom suite on the 3rd floor and had a fabulous view of Queenstown and its surrounds. Everything was clean and comfortable and the washer/dryer was exactly what we needed after 3 weeks of travelling. The car parking in the basement was fabulous as there is no parking around Queenstown. Only disappointment was the buffet breakfast - stock was not replenished and we had to ask for several things and some of the food looked like it had been sitting there for ages. All in all though a great place to stay when visiting beautiful Queenstown.
