    A nice hotel in beautiful Wanaka. Maybe not a luxury hotel but charming. Unfortunately the rooms are a bit noisy but thankfully we had quiet neighbors. We are happy with our stay!

    Great spot, clean tidy good for what we wanted. No power points next to bed which was annoying other than that was good.Everything near by.

    Honestly have never experienced this in a hotel before. I could hear the people in the room adjacent to mine eating and talking normally. The very loud tumble dryer in the laundry room was going for hours, people above me sounded like they were stomping and people walking down the passage talking normally sounded like they were in my room. Upon checkout and complaining it was evident that this is a known problem and 'my fault' for booking a 'Compact Queen' room, no compensation offered. Solo traveler on business why would I need a bigger room? The location is great, the hotel is dated, and the bathroom has a cold steel basin. I could've looked past that but the noise was next level.

    A bit dated and access to our room was down a flight of stairs. Making it difficult with luggage.Room was comfy and had a outdoor area.Bathroom needs to be updated.Fabulous location and wonderful area.

    Very close to City centre. Consists of many self-contained unit. Laundry and communal kitchen. Kitchen no refrigerator, only one kettle. Cooktop instructions didn't mention to switch a power button underneath first. So we were unable to use cook- top at first. Rooms basic. Good location.
